The Cuur dam construction project faced new challenges when the workers encountered personal issues that prevented them from starting the work.
However, Oday Caalim Faatax Maxamuud, a community leader, courageously began the work alone. Despite being without a workforce, he passionately continued digging the dam, demonstrating resilience and determination.
Oday Caalim is an example of the effort and love the Cuur community has for the development of their region.
